Hi, I’m Emily

As a wife and mom of 3 girls (2 being identical twins), I understand how easy it can be to lose yourself in motherhood. I get how crucial it is to have emotional support throughout the whole journey—from trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum and as your children transition from toddlers to adults. My personal experiences and professional training have led me to my work with women and mothers. I am passionate about providing intuitive, empathetic, and practical support. 

Therapy can give you the compassionate space you are craving with helpful ways to manage your stress outside of session. It is possible for you to feel confident in yourself again. Let me support you as you navigate how to best balance yourself, your career, marriage, parenthood and home without guilt. You can be a great mom and still be a person, I promise.

I can help people come to a better understanding of who they are, nurture connected relationships, work on establishing clear communication skills, and gain insight into their lives, past, present and future.

My extensive education in psychotherapy allows me to foster deep therapeutic connections with the goal of helping each client feel like their most authentic self.
